  • Microcement is a durable and flexible resin-based coating that contains mineral pigments and additives. It's also low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and is solvent-free.

  • Installation typically takes 3–5 days depending on surface area, substrate preparation, and drying times between layers.

  • Microcement is fully waterproof when sealed correctly, making it ideal for wet rooms, bathrooms, and splash zones.

  • Microcement is highly durable and flexible, but cracks can form if the substrate is unstable or poorly prepared.

  • Minor damage can often be easily repaired, more extensive damage will require reapplication of the full system.

  • No routine maintenance is needed. Just avoid abrasive cleaners and reseal high-traffic areas every few years.

  • Microcement is available in a wide range of colours, grains (Refined, Natural, Rustic), and finishes (Matt to Polished). Custom tones and application styles are also possible.

AFTERCARE

  • Use a pH-neutral cleaner with a soft cloth or mop. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive sponges that may damage the seal.

  • While microcement is highly durable, use furniture pads and avoid dragging heavy items across the surface. Maintain ventilation in humid areas.

  • Microcement is stain-resistant when sealed, but spills (especially oils, wine, or acidic substances) should be wiped away promptly.

  • Minimal upkeep is required. Resealing every 3–5 years in high-traffic or wet areas is recommended to maintain waterproofing and sheen.
