Set within the Kent countryside, this converted barn in Staplehurst pairs rustic charm with refined, modern finishes. Rock Plaster was applied throughout the main living areas to create smooth, resilient surfaces with a natural softness that complements the exposed timber and open-plan layout. In the wet areas — including the bathroom and toilet — Microcement was used to deliver a fully waterproof, seamless finish, offering a clean, contemporary contrast while remaining in tune with the building’s architectural integrity.
